Terrible! Always crashing, cant seem to stay logged in and doesnt remember my subscription. Hate it.

Its good to be able to get Better Homes and Gardens on my iPad. But it keep losing its ability to get the newest edition of the mag it come up as for sale not as my subscription. I have to fool around to get it loaded on my iPad. It should just come up when I open my library.

I used to be able to get the magazine on my iPad and loved it, but no longer. I renewed my subscription which included two year e-subscription, but for the last three months have been unable to access the current issues in my iPad (they only show issues for sale). Ive contacted customer service 3 times and each time they told me to sign in as the problem has been corrected; still no magazine access. I recontacted customer service over a week ago and this time havent even gotten a response. Very disappointing!

I thing this app is just a waste of time

This app has some serious downloading problems. And they are random and frustrating. When I have a problem with it and try the HELP button, the message is that its trying to download that page. Not much help. It will eventually download but you may be waiting a few days. Too bad because it is neat when it works.

Totally interactive. Wasnt sure how well it would work due to poor reviews on earlier versions. Way better than print version, LOVE the interactive options of changing colors/materials for different home projects. Lots of links for featured items and advertised goods. Way to go, super impressed!

I paid a year subscription and it wont recognize that. Very frustrating...

Vary nice

When the iPad updated, I lost all of my downloaded digital mags - I have been a print subscriber for over 10 years. I wrote asking for help so I could get them reloaded and told them I wanted to switch to digital only. Well, they switched me all right but now I am told that I cant download my old ones because that account no longer exists and I should have downloaded before I switched - duh, thats what I asked for help with. They didnt tell me up front that I would no longer have access to my old ones. And no, I dont have the print copies any more since I donated to the hospital as I received them since I would be able to get digitally! So if you want to switch - make sure you have all your back copies first!

I like this app

I have been enjoying BH&G on my Ipad for several years and when I renewed my subscription this year it would not let me sign in to my digital edition.I called customer service only to learn, after I bought the subscription,that it does not cover digital access anymore. They also deleted all the magazines that I did purchased and decided to charge me 3.99 an issue if I wanted to look over it again. They decided to drop that perk, well now Ive decided to drop BH&G!

Does not work. Tried relentlessly. Not worth the trouble.

Years of subscribing to this magazine and they decide to permanently borrow the magazines that were on the ipad. Now no access to any at all. Well at least they dont have to worry about having my money anymore. Thanks bhg

EVERY month I need to to do cartwheels to access my subscription. Im signed in but cannot download the current edition. Sometimes passed additions are not available. If you email Meredith, dont expect an answer.

There is hardly anything to view. If they want me to pay $3.99 tell me what Im getting, please. One year subscription? One magazine? Id like to view something of interest, not advertisements. Ask for my money after a few actual pages. This was a waste of time to download and try to view.

Ive been a digital subscriber for over a year and the most recent update has created viewing problems. I open the magazine for September and all I can view are the ads- no content! Ive restored purchases, checked my payment... Everything. Very disappointed.

with the iOs8 update the magazine is fuzzy in iOs7, please fix!
